Police arrested three mainland Chinese men, aged 41 to 44, on Friday for allegedly scalping tickets outside the Hong Kong Coliseum, where singer Eric Chou’s Odyssey World Tour 2025 Returns–Hong Kong concert series began its three-day run.
The arrests were part of a joint operation by the Hung Hom police district and other departments targeting the sale of illegal tickets.
The men, suspected of breaching their conditions of stay in Hong Kong, were detained for investigation and will be handed over to the relevant authorities for further action.
Investigations revealed that the suspects were allegedly selling concert tickets at inflated prices outside the venue. All three men reportedly entered Hong Kong on two-way permits.
