The mall has seen steady growth, with Q2 average daily foot traffic climbing over 10% compared to Q1. This momentum is expected to strengthen in the second half of 2024, driven by new outdoor sports facilities, the recently opened Playfield 5, and major events like the 15th National Games.
Global brands make their mark
Establishing itself as Hong Kong's premier retail-sports destination, KTSP has welcomed several international names.

July saw fanfare for the city's first Liverpool FC flagship store, while August brought the Hong Kong Billiard Sports Academy (HKBSA)—launched by snooker stars Neil Robertson and Judd Trump.
The academy positions KTSP as a snooker hub, especially with the World Grand Prix Snooker Tournament coming to Hong Kong.
Night economy thrives
With 90 percent occupancy, the mall's 70+ dining outlets are capitalizing on event-driven demand. Nearly 30 percent have extended hours until midnight for post-event crowds, powering Hong Kong's night economy.

New additions like Gaia Group's "Red House," Tai Hing's "Dumpling City," "Asam Chicken Rice," "Bashi Ramen," and "Sushiro," further enhance its culinary appeal.
Family-friendly attractions drive weekend rush
The 4,300-sqm Playfield 5, themed after the traditional Chinese five elements, has become a weekend magnet since its August opening, drawing holiday-level crowds.

Upcoming highlights include the 15th National Games bowling finals at Kowloon's largest bowling center (August 22-24) and events like the MAMA Awards, ensuring KTSP's spot as a year-round destination.
