The theme of this year's event is "Coalescing together for the National Games", echoing Hong Kong's cohosting of the National Games with Guangdong Province and Macau.
Lee engaged in various recreational and sports activities at the Kowloon Park Sports Centre, accompanied by government officials including Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Rosanna Law Shuk-pui and Commissioner for Sports George Tsoi Kin-pan.

However, heavy rain on Sunday morning resulted in reduced attendance at some parks and swimming facilities on the sports day. No queues were observed at a public swimming pool in Tsim Sha Tsui.
A regular swimmer, surnamed Yeung, said she swims less due to ticket costs but takes advantage of the free access.
She noted a decrease in attendance compared to previous Sport for All Day events, attributing it to the adverse weather conditions.
Choi, accompanying his son to the pool, said he was unaware of the free entry. "Most of the time, you know how the venues get booked out by scalpers, so when there's a special offer, it becomes even harder to reserve."
Another citizen, surnamed Yau, expressed a lack of awareness regarding the free admission and suggested enhanced publicity to encourage higher participation.
She believes the government should actively promote such events to stimulate greater utilization of facilities and prevent resource waste.
In support of the Sport for All Day, the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) has held the "Sport for All Experience Day" at GO PARK Sai Sha on Sunday, where an activity booth was set up to promote the fun of regular exercise.
Several organizations also offered their facilities or launched recreational and sports programs for free public access.
