Kowloon City urban renewal project to proceed

The Lands Department posted land resumption notices for the implementation of an urban renewal project at Nga Tsin Wai Road/Carpenter Road in Kowloon City.

The project, with a gross area of about 37,061 square meters, was included in the Urban Renewal Authority's Business Plan for 2022-23 and will be redeveloped for residential use with retail/commercial facilities.
