(Video) Fire truck spins out in rainy crash on Lung Cheung Road

A fire truck lost control and spun out on a wet downhill stretch of Lung Cheung Road toward Kwun Tong on Saturday afternoon, crashing into construction barriers but fortunately causing no injuries.

The incident occurred around 2pm today near Lion Rock Tunnel during rainy weather. 

Dashcam footage circulating online shows the Light Rescue Unit traveling in the middle lane with its emergency lights activated. 

As it descended the slope, the vehicle suddenly skidded, spinning 360 degrees across the road in a dramatic "doughnut" maneuver.  

Fortunately, no other vehicles were in the immediate path during the spin, allowing following cars to narrowly avoid collision.

The fire truck ultimately plowed into water-filled barriers at a roadside construction site, sending up a huge splash before coming to a stop.
