The attraction will gradually reopen as appropriate before the refurbishment is fully complete, in order to minimize disturbances to locals and tourists, TC said in a statement released on Tuesday.
During this period, visitors can enjoy scenic views of the three-dimensional architecture harmoniously integrated with nature from various viewpoints at the viewing platform located along a section of the Lantau Trail near the attraction.
All refurbishment works are expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2026, subject to actual weather and site conditions.
TC will announce the gradual reopening of the attraction through various channels to assist locals and tourists in planning their visits.
Wisdom Path is a large-scale outdoor wood inscription, reproduced from the late Professor Jao Tsung-I’s calligraphy on a natural slope at the foot of Lantau Peak.
The timber columns, erected according to the mountain slope and integrated with nature, create a unique large-scale outdoor art piece.
