Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu reaffirmed the city's commitment to maintaining its core values of integrity and the rule of law during the reopening ceremony of the revamped exhibition hall at the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) on Wednesday.
Speaking at the event, Lee emphasized that as an international financial, aviation, and shipping hub, Hong Kong will continue to safeguard social fairness and uphold integrity in its business environment to drive high-quality economic and social development.
He said ICAC plays a vital role in ensuring Hong Kong remains a clean and efficient international city and is a globally recognized anti-corruption brand.
He added that the exhibition hall highlights the importance of combating corruption and stressed the need to continue fostering public awareness of integrity.
The revamped ICAC exhibition hall now features an AI assistant named "Dr. Deep," developed using the Chinese artificial intelligence model DeepSeek.
The interactive tool allows visitors to inquire about past corruption cases by drawing from an extensive database of ICAC investigations.

Among the exhibits is a structural model showcasing the infamous “short piling scandal” in Yuen Chau Kok, where construction fraud compromised building safety. The hall also displays behind-the-scenes materials from ICAC-themed TV dramas based on real cases, including production stills and video clips.
