Shopping lucky draw winners get set

The first batch of winners of ParknShop's lucky draw has been picked and will be notified by SMS messages from today to this Saturday.

The 107,000 winners are among a total of 320,000 people who will benefit from the event, which is part of the supermarket's plan to rebate to citizens after it received HK$161.96 million subsidies in the second tranche of the government's Employment Support Scheme.

The rest of the winners will be notified in two batches next month.

Ten will be awarded the grand prize - "1-Minute Free Shopping Spree" and a voucher worth HK$100. They will receive phone calls from ParknShop's customer services staffers. The free shopping event is scheduled to take place in early December.

The second prize, which will be awarded to 3,000 people, offers a HK$100 voucher and a gift set worth more than HK$240, including rice, tissues and other groceries; 316,990 customers will win the third prize - a HK$100 voucher.

The last two prizes' winners can redeem the gifts at any ParknShop outlets in Hong Kong from November 2 to 30 by showing the notification messages, their phone numbers and dates of birth.
