Travelers can now discover Hong Kong's most-reviewed and most-photographed spots of all time through the eyes of Local Guides and a new shared list feature unveiled by Google Maps on Monday.

The Local Guide included Google Maps' 10 most-reviewed restaurants in the city, showcasing its vibrant culinary landscape. Among them are Kam's Roast Goose and Tim Ho Wan (Sham Shui Po), both listed in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2025.
The guide also paints a vivid picture of what resonates most with travelers by listing the top 10 reviewed visitor attractions, from the breathtaking views atop Peak Tower to the vibrant nightlife of Lan Kwai Fong.
For museum enthusiasts hoping to delve into the city's rich past, Google Maps released the city's 10 most-reviewed museums, recommending travelers immerse themselves in classic and contemporary works at the Hong Kong Museum of Art and the M+ during Art Month.
While Hong Kong is famous for its accessible and stunning hiking trails, the guide also revealed the 10 most-photographed hiking trails in the city, ranging from the convenient Red Incense Burner Summit to the daring Suicide Cliff.
Furthermore, Google Maps launched a new shared list feature in Hong Kong, where curated lists of recommendations from travel experts such as the Hong Kong Tourism Board and KKday are featured on the app.
They are also integrated into the placesheets of listed Points of Interest, providing relevant recommendations for when and where users need them.
"This launch is designed to further empower local residents and international visitors to explore Hong Kong's diverse attractions," said Michael Yue, Managing Director and General Manager of Google Hong Kong.
