Tourism-sector lawmaker Perry Yiu Pak-leung said the driver who was involved in an accident near Shanghai Pudong International Airport on Friday afternoon, which resulted in the death of a tour guide from Hong Kong, is held by Shanghai authorities for questioning.
The tour guide was confirmed dead after being ejected from the tour bus in an accident near Shanghai Pudong International Airport yesterday.

The coach was taking Miramar Travel’s 16-member tour group to Shanghai Pudong International Airport when the accident occurred.
Miramar general manager Alex Lee Chun-ting said the travel agency had contacted the victim’s family and their departure for Shanghai is still pending as their mainland travel permit had expired.
"The Immigration Department is helping us to find a way to help the family member. Our company will also send a staffer to travel to Shanghai with his family."
The Immigration Department said it's reached out to the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Shanghai, as well as the Travel Industry Authority, and would follow up on the case.
