Car flipped on side in Sai Kung, no injuries

A rookie driver lost control of his vehicle in Sai Kung on Monday morning, causing the car to flip onto its side. No injuries were reported. 

The accident occurred around 11.30 am today as the driver, holding a probationary driving license, was driving near the Pik Uk Correctional Institution.

Passersby called the police for assistance after the car flipped on the Clear Water Bay Road. 

The Transport Department announced that part of the Clear Water Bay Road towards Kowloon was temporarily closed off due to the accident.
