LCSD's Intelligent Sports and Recreation Services Booking and Information System - SmartPLAY streamlines access to sports and recreation

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD)’s SmartPLAY system streamlines the booking of sports and recreation facilities and enrolment in sports and recreation activities. Users can enjoy personalized services by booking facilities, enrolling in activities, and purchasing monthly tickets for public swimming pools and fitness rooms via My SmartPLAY app, the SmartPLAY website, and smart self-service stations.

Registration is required for all individuals wishing to access the SmartPLAY system. Those not yet registered as users can easily create user accounts at one of the smart self-service stations located across 240 leisure venues managed by the LCSD, including the District Leisure Services Offices.

The smart self-service stations allow new users to complete registration, identity authentication, and account activation in one go. Registration can also be done online via the SmartPLAY website or My SmartPLAY app. Identity can be verified using “iAM Smart” for instant activation of the SmartPLAY account.
