The Man Kam To Control Point will partly resume services tomorrow (Jul 19) after the customs clearance service was halted due to ground settlement issues found last Sunday (July 9).
The Shenzhen People's Government Port Office announced that after completing repairs and clearing safety tests, the control point will resume customs clearance services for private cars and coaches starting at 7 am tomorrow.
The arrangements for customs clearance for the goods vehicles will be announced later.
The customs clearance service at the control point was halted as a subsidence issue was detected last Sunday, and all Hong Kong cross-border trucks and bus services going north via Man Kam To were diverted through other control points in Shenzhen.
