A new round of Territory-wide Physical Fitness Survey for the Community test days in September will be open for enrollment from today (Aug 31). Members of the public are welcome to join for free.
The test days organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) aim to set up a database on the physical fitness of citizens, and assist the government in identifying priority areas for improvement to enhance the overall physical fitness of the community.
Participants will receive a physical fitness test report and have a general understanding of their fitness condition.
The survey divides all participants into six categories by age group for data collection. The target group of the new test days are people aged between 17 and 59. Since the data collection for the age group 17 to 39 is slightly behind, the LCSD appealed to people in this age group to participate.
