A carcass of a rare Chinese white dolphin, also known as the Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin, has been found by Hong Kong Ocean Park Conservation Fund at a beach in Discovery Bay, making it the 14th case of the year.

The fund received a report on Tuesday to follow up on a case of a dolphin stranded at Sam Pak Wan in Discovery Bay.
The young male dolphin was about 121cm long, and the carcass was severely decomposed.
The fund said it had brought the dolphin back to the Ocean Park for a detailed autopsy and laboratory tests.
