Despite the cancelation of exams due to Covid-19, this year's IB marks were released today and two local schools - St Paul's Co-educational College and Diocesan Boys' School - have announced four and three candidates, respectively, that obtained the maximum score of 45. Both schools each saw nine students earning 44 marks as well.
Charles Wu Kar-lun, IB Program Coordinator at Diocesan Boys' School, said the school had achieved its best-ever overall marks, with all 60 IB students obtaining 30 or more. Among them, 70 percent obtained more than 40 marks, giving the school a total average of 41 marks.

Diocesan Boys' School saw three top-scorers and nine students who earned 44 out of 45 marks.
