Today's first charter flight from Wuhan carrying Hong Kong passengers has completed boarding early and the flight as departed.

The Cathay Dragon flight is expected to arrive in Hong Kong at 4:30pm, about 40 minutes earlier than originally scheduled, the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Patrick Nip Tak-kuen, says on social media.
One group was seen arriving at the Wuhan airport in a bus bearing the words, 'Hubei Travel Passenger.'
The two flights today from Hubei are estimated to land at Hong Kong International Airport at 4:30pm and 8:40pm respectively, the government said.
