It's only just halfway through 2023 and already Weave Living is having its busiest year yet. A fortnight ago, it launched Weave Residences - Robinson, a luxury entry in its property/accommodation portfolio which comes hot on the heels of the opening of Weave Studios flagship residence in Kowloon West, Weave Suites - Midtown in Singapore, as well as its expansion into the Japanese market with the opening of an office in Tokyo helmed by industry veteran Daisuke Noguchi.

"Witnessing the persistent rise of leasing demand, we have continued to strengthen our network in Hong Kong and across the Asia-Pacific, transforming the traditional rental market to meet the expectations of discerning renters," said founder and group CEO Sachin Doshi.
"Weave Living is committed to creating a hassle-free city living experience by providing diverse accommodations that cater to the needs of renters at different life stages - from first- time movers to families with kids and pets throughout gateway cities in Asia-Pacific."
Set in the heart of Mid-Levels, minutes away from the Soho nightlife, the new addition under the Weave Residences brand is targeted at families with its private two-bedroom whole-floor unit design.
"This is our third property on Hong Kong Island and the first of a series of planned offerings in this highly desirable neighbourhood over the next several months," said Doshi.
Located at 68 Robinson Road, the property consists of 25 self-contained and fully furnished apartments decorated in the signature Scandinavian minimalist style.
There is only one 750-sq-ft apartment per floor and a private lift lobby, so residents are ensured of the utmost privacy.
It is the first two-bedroom layout in the Weave Living portfolio, featuring a king-size bed and a walk-in wardrobe with an abundance of storage space inside the master bedroom.
The design also offers flexibility to fit the different needs of the residents as they can opt for a closed kitchen or an open kitchen layout with a bar island as the room divider. A space-optimizing Murphy bed in the other bedroom means it can be used as a guest room or study.
For a Scandinavian hygge feel, the contemporary furniture is provided by Danish luxury furniture brand BoConcept. Of particular note is the cubic Carmo sofa in the living room, which has a modular design to fit residents' needs and anti-scratch fabric inside pet-friendly units.
All homes are decorated in Weave Green, with splashes of soft hues such as off-white and beige, creating an atmosphere of opulence and luxury. A mix of natural finishes and textures accented with rose gold to make the modern decor feel warm and inviting.
Big windows in the living room capture the light to brighten up the interior space. Decorated in ivory white with tessellated tiles, all bathrooms are equipped with a nickle- or copper-colored Dyson Supersonic hairdryer next to the large marble-pattern Corian basin with a wooden cabinet for added luxury.
