Bow Artisan Cakery was founded by two girls who are passionate in all things sweet. They met while studying at Le Cordon Blue Paris, and together they started their first venture, Lazy Baking, in Shanghai with a goal to sharing the joy and happiness of baking with everyone. A complimentary tasting session is available at BOW’s Kwun Tong studio for all wedding cake orders confirmed three months in advance, so that couples can share their palate and preferences with the makers.
In addition to providing wedding cakes, BOW also helps create the Candy Corner, Dessert Table and Wedding Favor, with a wide selection of sweets and desserts including cupcakes, madeleines, marshmallow pops and cookies. Customers can choose different packages ranging from 80 to 300 pieces, and request for tailor-made sweets according to their wedding theme and guest numbers.
BOW’s desserts are also popular with birthday parties, anniversaries, celebrations and any other special occasions. The creative team can, for instance, come up with a fancy combination of balloons and cakes decorated with colourful buttercream, macarons, rainbow, peony and more. There is a wide variety of flavors to fit every taste, including vanilla bean, salted caramel, raspberry red velvet, Double Chocolate, passionfruit, strawberry rose tea and earl grey chocolate.
