BeBeBus nursery products maker attracts $6.36b in oversubscribed retail tranche

The retail tranche of Butong Group, the company behind Chinese nursery products brand BeBeBus, was 81 times oversubscribed, raising at least HK$6.36 billion in margin loans, according to people familiar with the matter.

Butong Group plans to issue close to 11 million shares at a price range of HK$62.01 to HK$71.20, aiming to raise approximately HK$782 million. It asks for a minimum investment of roughly HK$7,192 per 100 shares.

The company is expected to list on September 23, with Citic Securities and Haitong International acting as joint sponsors.
