New World Development (0017) named its HK$20 billion mixed-use development project at the Hong Kong International Airport development Skycity as 11 Skies.
Comprising three Grade A office towers. 11 Skies will open in phases between 2022 and 2025.
Its anchor tenants include Bank of China (Hong Kong), Citibank, Standard Chartered (2888), FTLife Insurance and Trinity Health Enterprise.
The project has a gross floor area of 3.8 million square feet, including 2.66 million sq ft for dining and retail outlets, 570,000 sq ft for experiential entertainment facilities and 570,000 sq ft for office space.
In the primary market, Minmetals Land (0230) offered 140 units in the second price list of Montego Bay in Yau Tong at an average HK$19,790 per sq ft after discounts, 11.8 percent higher than the first price list.
In Jordan, Henderson Land Development (0012) released 36 units in the second price list of Arbour at an average price of HK$24,638 per sq ft after discounts, about 2.9 percent higher than the first price list. The developer expects to launch sales on Friday.
In the secondary market, a 1,114-sq-ft flat at Tai Koo Shing changed hands for HK$24.6 million, or HK$23,698 per sq ft, after HK$2.2 million was slashed from the asking price.
