China shares tumble at close

Stocks in mainland China closed lower today. The  benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index shed 1.3 percent at 3,363.9 points. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Composite Index closed 1.19 percent lower at 13,320.92 points.
