Rachel Chung Yui-sum, the high-profile mistress of married billionaire banker Patrick Ma Ching-hang, has moved out of her HK$150,000-per-month rented luxury mansion, revealing its lavish interiors in a final home tour video on her YouTube channel. The 2,800-sq-ft property features 10 rooms, including custom-designed children’s bedrooms with treehouse-style elements, slides, and a mini walk-in closet.
Chung, who rose to fame by showcasing her lavish lifestyle with Ma, including overseas trips and luxury shopping, gave viewers a look at the spacious living areas, the kitchen and the wellness room. However, she declined to film the master bedroom she shares with Ma, calling it a “no-no zone.”
She instead introduced her walk-in wardrobe, explaining that her designer handbags are kept in safes rather than at home due to concerns about theft given the number of household staff.
The mansion also boasts panoramic views of Hong Kong’s skyline and Victoria Harbour, offering stunning sunset scenery. Chung has said she believes in feng shui and typically changes residences every year.
