The sighting comes weeks after fans noted his absence from son Nicholas Tse's high-profile concert at Kai Tak Sports Park, which had drawn the rest of the family, including ex-wife Deborah Lee and his two grandsons.
The veteran actor was first spotted by East Week magazine enjoying dim sum at a harbor-view restaurant in North Point, where he dined while taking in the scenic views of Victoria Harbour.
Dressed in his signature black cap and white windbreaker, Tse moved slowly with the assistance of a cane and two domestic helpers.
Later in the afternoon, the group traveled to Tamar Park near Central Government Offices, where Tse transitioned to a wheelchair to enjoy the sunny weather.
During the park visit, the cheerful actor removed his mask for photographs taken by his companions, spending nearly an hour soaking in the waterfront atmosphere.
