Hui listed the names of police officers, legal personnel, and judges who were involved in handling his different cases on social platforms, saying that they should not be left out of the international sanctions list and that the public was welcome to provide additional information.
The Hong Kong government strongly condemned his actions, saying that his blatant request for foreign countries to impose so-called sanctions and call for public doxxing not only obstructs judicial justice but may also constitute the crime of "collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security" under the National Security Law.
The government statement also said Hui was suspected of committing multiple crimes and had deceived the court to get permission to leave the city, completely ruining his integrity.
After fleeing overseas, Hui continued to endanger national security, which was outrageous, the statement read.
