Libraries to resume overdue charges

Public library users are being urged to return borrowed materials before Monday, when overdue fines will once again be collected, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, said.

Public libraries, self-service library stations and book drops have reopened. Overdue fines were suspended in July after libraries were temporarily closed in the wake of a flare-up of the virus.
