Li Ka-shing and Victor Li raise stakes in CK Hutchison

Billionaire Li Ka-shing and his son Victor Li Tzar-kuoi increased their stakes in CK Hutchison (0001) and CK Asset (1113) again for HK$56.45 million in the past week.

A wholly-owned subsidiary of Li Ka Shing (Global) Foundation acquired 505,000 shares in CK Asset at the average price of HK$45.78 per share on April 8 and 577,000 shares in CK Hutchison at the average price of HK$57.75 per share on April 14.

After the acquisition, Li Ka-shing holds 34.50 percent in CK Asset and 30.15 percent interest in CK Hutchison. Victor Li owns 34.57 percent in CK Asset and 30.22 percent in CK Hutchison.
