The company cited careful consideration of the current market, operational costs, and its strategic direction as the driving factors behind the decision.
The steakhouse added that the remaining ten branches will continue operating as usual and remain committed to serving the Hong Kong market.
Approximately 300 employees are expected to be affected by the closures, and the company has pledged to provide them with full respect and care.
The move comes amid ongoing challenges facing the food and beverage industry in Hong Kong, which has been impacted by a range of factors, including the COVID-19 pandemic, rising operating costs, and shifting consumer preferences.
