HK Express is offering 19,000 free tickets to HKers in new giveaway

HK Express will be distributing on Wednesday 19,000 round-trip tickets to Honkongers in a new giveaway. Yet details of the giveaway - including destinations for the tickets, will not be announced until 6 pm today.

The giveaway, sponsored by Hong Kong International Airport, is only available to those who have ordinary residence in Hong Kong.

According to the announcement made on HK Express’s social media page, it is believed that destinations to Bangkok, Tokyo’s Narita and Haneda will be included.

The airline said the tickets in the giveaway will not include taxes, surcharges, and other fees. Passengers are responsible for all related fees.

Tickets will be given away via a first-come-first-served mechanism based on the system record, with each participant winning up to one round-trip ticket, it added.
