This follows the previous three batches of 75 recognized medical qualifications, including China's Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Wuhan University.
Three mainland schools - Sun Yat-sen University, Tsinghua University, and Zhejiang University - have made the list for the first time.
Among the 25 recognized medical qualifications, 13 are from the U.K., seven are from China, three from the U.S., and two are from Australia.
The LegCo passed a bill in 2021 to allow non-local doctors graduating from certain schools to register exam-free after having worked in the SAR for five years.
