Also at the event were his teammates Edan Lui Cheuk-on, Anson Lo Hon-ting, and Jeremy Lau Ying-ting.
The four were meeting and posing for fans inside a Tsim Sha Tsui mall after finishing a commercial shooting, when Keung collapsed five minutes after they showed up.
Keung gained consciousness and required security and staff members to help him get back on his feet. He was then escorted away from the event.
Fans chanted Keung’s name after the incident, some even shed a few tears after the shock.
The boyband’s manager Wong Wai-kwan - nicknamed Sister Fa, later posted an update on social media saying that Keung was fine.
“Keung had a stomachache this morning, and the mall was a bit stuffy with cameras flashing around him... that is why he lost his footing and fell. He is now resting and everything is fine,” she wrote.
According to reports, Keung had just finished shooting for a movie at 2am today, drawing speculations that his busy work schedule resulted in the incident this morning due to a lack of rest.
