Hot lips and then some for a birthday

It was the hottest kiss a young man has ever experienced, and it's one he doesn't want repeated.

The occasion was a birthday party for the young man or perhaps for his girlfriend. Whichever, candles on a birthday cake had been lit when the pair came together in a kiss while they were holding the cake.

That involved the young man lowering his head, which was when the flames of love spread from the candles to his hair.

The kiss continued for a few seconds with him not feeling the heat nor either of them detecting the smell of burning or singeing. But suddenly that changes and he raises his hands to his head. It seems to have been handled without further ado.

A clip of the birthday burn made it to Facebook and set off remarks like "the couple turned themselves into a birthday cake," which would have been in bad taste if the young man had suffered a bad burn. Even so, there were expression of concern and questions of why he didn't sense his hair was alight immediately.

All in all, though, it was agreed the relationship "is indeed on fire."
