La Mirabelle II in Tseung Kwan O will offer 108 units via a price list this Saturday in its first round of sales, with prices from HK$6.87 million after discounts, and a starting price per square foot of HK$14,885 after discounts.
The batch mostly comprises two-bedroom units; while all one-bedroom units are priced below HK$6 million after discounts.
149 units will also be offered for sale via tender starting this Saturday.
This project is jointly developed by Sino Land (0083), Kerry Properties (0683), K Wah International (0173), China Merchants Land (0978), and MTR Corporation (0066).
