CK Asset's 21 Borrett Road phase 2 sells three-bedroom unit by tender for over HK$126m

CK Asset's (1113) luxury residential project in Mid-Levels, 21 Borrett Road phase 2, sold a 1,875-square-foot, three-bedroom unit on Thursday, fetching over HK$126 million, or HK$67,500 per sq ft.

Meanwhile, the developer released the latest sales arrangement for phase 1, putting a 2,316-sq-ft, four-bedroom unit up for tender next Monday.
