CK Asset's 21 Borrett Road phase 2 sells two units for over HK$300 mln

CK Asset's (1113) Phase 2 of its 21 Borrett Road project in Mid-Levels sold two units via tender on Tuesday, raking in over HK$300 million.

Among the transactions, a 2,137-square-foot four-bedroom unit fetched nearly HK$150 million, while a 2,153-sq-ft three-bedroom unit cashed in over HK$160 million.
