Jardini sells five units for nearly HK$400 mln

Citic Pacific's luxury residential project, Jardini on Tai Hang Road, raked in HK$398 million for the sale of five units to two buyer groups in a single day. 

The transacted units, ranging from 710 to 1,684 square feet, sold for prices between HK$29.8 million and HK$98 million.

The project has recorded 12 deals since the end of April, cashing in over HK$1 billion.
