Phase 4B of La Montagne to tender sale three- and four-bedroom units

Phase 4B of La Montagne in Wong Chuk Hang, jointly developed by Kerry Properties (0683), Sino Land (0083), Swire Properties (1972), and MTR Corporation (0066), is expected to be uploaded the first sales arrangement soon, and the three-bedroom and four-bedroom units will be offered for sale by tender.

The 170 three-bedroom and four-bedroom units, named "Collection Privée" on Tuesday, range from 812 to 2,219 square feet.  

Kerry Properties said the "Collection Privée" is being offered for sale via short-term tender, with prices referencing the transaction prices of Phase 4A. The show units will be open for viewing by appointment starting this week.
