Hong Kong's home sale value increased by 23.8 percent year-on-year to HK$75.6 billion in June, with the sale volume up 28.5 percent, official data showed on Friday.

The residential properties' sale value was 15.3 percent higher than that of May, according to the Land Registry.
The number of sale and purchase agreements for residential units reached 7,650 in June, a growth of 7.2 percent from the previous month.
In terms of all building units, the number of deals rose 29.7 percent to 9,434 last month from a year ago, with the value increasing 24.7 percent to HK$82.8 billion.
