NWD's Grand Austin Bohemian sell out 64 units on Wednesday

New World Development's (0017) Tsim Sha Tsui residential project Grand Austin Bohemian sold all 64 units on Wednesday, becoming the first new project this year to sell out in one day.

The 64 units comprises 28 studios and 36 one-bedroom units, ranging from 171 square feet to 266 sq ft, with discounted price from HK$4.09 million to HK$6.83 million.
