Chinachem's Zendo House oversubscribed nearly 16 times

Chinachem has received around 2,000 checks for its Zendo House in Tsim Sha Tsui as of Monday, making the 118 units nearly 16 times oversubscribed.

The developer said they will begin the first round of sales this week. 

Helen Fung, sales and marketing director of Chinachem, said that the project's sales office has recorded over 5,000 visitors to date, and 30 percent of interested buyers are large-scale buyers looking to purchase more than one unit. 

Fung added that buyers are allowed to purchase up to six units. 

She said the project is expected to release additional units within the next two days, with prices potentially rising by about 5 percent.
