Sun Hung Kai Properties' (0016) Cullinan Sky Phase II in Kai Tak has received a total of 2,137 checks, marking an over 33 times oversubscription for the 62 units in the price lists.

The units include 56 one-bedroom ones and 6 two-bedroom ones, with sizes ranging from 297 to 482 square feet.
