Hanison Construction (0896) has named its Kwai Chung industrial project as West Castle, offering 24 units that are expected to launch during the quarter.
The 21-story building has eight full-floor units, while the remaining floors have two units each, with sizes ranging from 2,148 to 4,765 square feet.
Matthew Chow Ka-fung, executive director of Hanison Construction, said that the price will reference similar new industrial projects in the area.
Prices are expected to start at around HK$6,000 to HK$7,000 per sq ft, with an entry price of HK$14 million, according to Chow.
