SHKP to launch 62 Kai Tak flats, prices start at $6.56 m

Sun Hung Kai Properties' (0016) Cullinan Sky Phase II in Kai Tak will launch the first round of sales on Thursday, offering 62 flats starting from HK$6.56 million after discounts.

The units include 56 one-bedroom ones and 6 two-bedroom ones, with sizes ranging from 297 to 482 square feet. 

The cheapest flat by sq ft costs HK$21,713.
