Wheelock's Grand Seasons to add 48 units for sale

Wheelock Properties disclosed the No.7 price list of Grand Seasons in Lohas Park on Tuesday, with 48 brand new flats, joining the race of new home sales.

This batch has a total value of HK$346 million after discounts.

The 48 homes are priced between HK$4.84 million and HK$12.14 million after discounts, or HK$14,333 and HK$16,954 per square foot.
