Chinachem launches luxury Sai Kung project with Yacht Club Perks and aggressive mortgage terms

Chinachem is rolling out new offers for its luxury project Whitesand Cove in Sai Kung, joining local developers who keep putting new homes for sale amid an improved sentiment.

Buyers can access mortgages of up to 75 percent loan-to-value ratio, with monthly repayments at just 0.3 percent of the unit price for up to 60 months, interest-free in the first year.

Meanwhile, during a limited-time offer, buyers of the houses will also receive a lifetime membership at the Hebe Haven Yacht Club, valued at over HK$400,000, with only three such memberships available.

The development has received over 500 viewings since opening the show houses, despite offering only 40 units, said sales director Helen Fung. She added that with no similar new supply in the area for over 15 years, the developer will maintain a cautious sales strategy.
