HK restaurants sweep top two spots at Asia's 50 Best Restaurants

Ser Wong Fun, one of Hong Kong's oldest and most iconic restaurants that specialises in snake soup and Cantonese classics, is set to bring its legendary flavours to The Park Lane Hong Kong as part of the hotel’s ongoing initiative to promote local culture.
Starting from March 7, the hotel will partner with Ser Wong Fun to present snake dishes in an innovative way, allowing guests to experience Hong Kong's classic culinary culture from a fresh perspective.
The innovative menu was jointly curated by Chef de Cuisine Matt Chan of The Park Lane Hong Kong and Gigi Ng, the fourth-generation successor of Ser Wong Fun.
Apart from the iconic Snake Banquet served at PLAYT’s dinner buffet, the buffet features a variety of dishes creatively crafted to complement snake meat.
Highlights include Steamed Sabah Grouper with Snake Meat in Traditional Style, Pipa Tofu with Snake Meat and Aged Tangerine Peel, Steamed Egg White with Yunnan Ham and Snake Broth, and Thai-style Stir-fried Snake with Lemongrass.
These delightful options will be available at both the lunch or dinner buffet.
Meanwhile, a diverse array of international culinary delights will be made available as customary, including Lobster, Snow Crab Legs, Sushi at the lunch buffet and Fresh Oysters, Chinese Stew Soup at the dinner buffet! Make sure not to miss out on their Homemade Gelato and other exquisite desserts as well.
