The Hong Kong Observation Wheel operator and principal sponsor AIA Group has unveiled a plan to enhance the iconic attraction in Central Harborfront after securing a new five-year lease this month.The Entertainment Corporation, the HKOW operator, also plans to continue to invest in the AIA Vitality Park, cooperate with Henderson Land at the New Central Harbourfront Site 3, enhance green design and organize arts events.
The improvement plan focuses on accessibility, community and cultural experience. The ticket price is HK$20 for the next five years.

TECL chief executive officer Randy Bloom pledged to work with AIA to maintain the observation wheel's status as a world-class attraction and an Hong Kong icon.
The ferris wheel has attracted over 8.98 million visitors since 2017, reaching a yearly high of 2.28 million in 2023.
Ranked among top 5 attractions by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the wheel is expecting to receive its 10-millionth visitor by the first half of next year.
