Two Taikoo Place wins excellence award

Swire Properties' Two Taikoo Place in Quarry Bay was honored with the Urban Land Institute 2024 Asia Pacific Award for Excellence, the second time that Taikoo Place has received this distinguished award.

The ULI's award celebrates outstanding real estate projects and programs that extend beyond architectural and design excellence to encompass the entire development process.

Notably, TTP was the only recipient from Hong Kong among the 12 winners hand-picked from a list of 44 exceptional submissions. The latest triple Grade-A office tower at Taikoo Place was recognized at the 2024 ULI Asia Pacific Summit in Tokyo recently.

Completed in September 2022, it has 42 stories of high-end office space with a total gross floor area of about 1 million square feet.

With the design focused on sustainability, TTP has achieved several green ratings and is one of the first buildings in the city to gain WiredScore and SmartScore platinum ratings for its best-in-class smart infrastructure and advanced connectivity.
