SKYE Roofbar & Dining, renowned for its contemporary French cuisine and captivating skyline views of Hong Kong, is thrilled to announce the launch of its new brunch menu, "French Bistro."

Crafted by the restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine, Chef Florian Muller, this menu offers a delightful culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of French bistro cuisine. Patrons will be able to savor the exquisite dishes against the backdrop of Hong Kong's most stunning skyline.
A delightful selection of enticing entrees and a dessert buffet are on offer, providing guests with an authentic experience of the mixture of contemporary and traditional French cuisine. The menu highlights must-try dishes such as the free-flow Oysters, the classic Oscietra Caviar on Egg Mimosa, and the flavorful Duck Pate as well as Beef Tartare.
For main course, guests can enjoy exquisite dishes such as the Yellow Chicken Foie
Gras Ballotine. The aroma of foie gras combined with the tenderness of yellow chicken, allows patrons to taste multiple flavors at once. As for the Ox Picanha Rump Cap, apart from the tender texture of the meat itself, it also has the strongest flavor. And be sure not to miss out on the succulent Grilled Boston Lobster.
These delectable offerings can be paired with an array of delightful accompaniments, including Homemade Fries and Fresh Tagliolini.
Wrapping up the weekend feast is a tempting array of French sweet treats, including the famous French dessert Pavlova with Fresh Fruit, which is sweet and romantic, and the Classic Opera Cake - blended with coffee, chocolate and almonds, creating a layered taste and flavor that is perfect together. And, other must-try sweet treats like Homemade Ice Cream or Sorbet, and the iconic Paris-Brest, will surely please patrons’ tastebuds.
