Hong Kong Airlines will resume direct flights to Kagoshima in Japan from March 31 after a four-year hiatus.The airline said the flight will offer passengers with a key network connecting northern and southern Kyushu. "The route is conveniently timed to coincide with the cherry blossom season," the airline said. 
The flight between Hong Kong and Kagoshima will operate every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, departing from Hong Kong at 8.45am (HX670) and arriving at Kagoshima at 12.55pm. For the return flight, it will leave Kagoshima at 1.55pm (HX671) and arrive at Hong Kong at 4.15pm.

This is the third destination of the airline's route network in the Kyushu region following flights to Fukuoka in April and Kumamoto in December last year.
